Michele is a conduit. She bridges gaps, instigates new relationships, and intuitively finds common ground between people. She’s played a key role in sparking many new client relationships and establishing Eleven as their AOR, and has helped build brands (like Apple and Union Bank) and bring them to market.

Michele’s role here is multifaceted. It’s her job to market Eleven effectively, but she also manages relationships: She fields new-business calls; interfaces with our PR agency; and, along with others here, helps seek out event opportunities—ones that Eleveneers can participate in, and ones that Eleven can host in our host-worthy space.

What’s more is that she bridges gaps, instigates new relationships, and intuitively finds common ground between people. All of this comes naturally to her, because her instincts are spot on—and she trusts them. (It doesn’t hurt that she’s also down-to-earth and easy to talk to.) Also, she feels she’s at her best when bringing people together, serving as a spark. And she knows that in order to get a spark, you need space—something Michele excels at cultivating.

Michele has played a key role in sparking many new client relationships and establishing Eleven as their AOR—such as Oakley, NetSuite, WGU, Columbus Foods, GM, Zarkana, VMware, and Julep. She’s provided leadership and been part of building brands (such as Apple, Visa, Union Bank) from a strategic point of view, and helped bring them to market. And, true to form, she created Women to Women, a mentorship program that partners junior-level women with a female mentor who’s a level above them professionally.
