Orit Peleg

Director of Brand Planning

For Orit, strategy is about unraveling why a brand exists in the world. It’s acting upon one’s values and being willing to push the boundaries of what’s comfortable in order to take a stand.

As Eleven’s director of brand planning, Orit’s charge is to be a catalyst for creative ideas and business solutions through fresh, strategic thinking. If you ask her though, that’s just the tip of the iceberg.

Orit’s passion for her work is palpable. She believes that “when we create work that is beautiful, brilliant, and meaningful, we forge emotional connections between brands and consumers—and generate true and lasting value exchanges.” For her, strategy is about unraveling why a brand exists in the world. It’s acting upon one’s values and being willing to push the boundaries of what’s comfortable in order to take a stand. “Brands that do, not just say, are more likely to have a true impact on people’s lives and culture.” As a result, consumers become brand ambassadors.

Orit is also an advocate for junior-level strategists—they tend to be unbiased, open-minded, and eager to think outside of what’s expected. She has lived on three continents and worked globally on brands such as Audi, Pepsi, Johnson & Johnson, 3M, Dove, BP, Duracell, and Milka. She’s even worked on both the agency and client sides for Coca-Cola. Her thought leadership has garnered peer recognition and won awards.
