Building communities while growing ridership
In a world where we choose online forums over town squares and email over conversation, Lyft is working to combine technology and human connection to rebuild communities. We worked with Lyft to take this ambition out into the world, defining a brand belief and product promise that had more to do with experiencing the ride, not just getting to the destination.
To highlight the ride experience that distinguishes Lyft, we conceived of a stunt leveraging celebrities in the cities where the company was looking to expand. The Lyft team ran with the idea, producing social content with Shaq, Danica Patrick, Jerry Rice, and Chris Bryant.
